This program recognises the unique experiences of First Nations peoples in the workplace and supports participants to confidently navigate professional expectations while honouring cultural identity, responsibilities, and values. Delivered through facilitated discussions, reflective activities, and practical tools, the program strengthens confidence, self-awareness, leadership capability, and workplace engagement. It supports organisations to invest meaningfully in the development, wellbeing, and retention of First Nations staff while contributing to culturally safe and inclusive workplaces.
